Wesleyan Revival, societies were transformed. England was one of the most immoral and corrupt societies in Western Europe. Children and women were abused. Slave trade was the norm. However, God use Williams Wilberforce to advance the abolition of slavery in England. Though Wilberforce played an important role, it was the growing revival in the body of Christ that caused that way of thinking and the worldview of culture to change.
